Als Werkstudent IT Support (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser IT-Infrastructure-Team im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und sorgst mit dafür, dass unser Arbeitsalltag reibungslos läuft. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und unterstützt sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch bei Optimierungen rund um Microsoft 365 und unsere Inhouse-Infrastruktur. Das erwartet Dich: Erster Ansprechpartner: Du unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen im First Level Support zu Windows-Clients, macOS, Druckern, MS Office sowie gängigen Anwendungsprogrammen und bearbeitest Support-Anfragen strukturiert bis zur Lösung oder sinnvollen Eskalation.…
