Dein Job Support-Verantwortung: Du fungierst als primäre Schnittstelle zu unserer externen Support-Agentur, legst klare Verantwortlichkeiten fest und steuerst die Qualität der Ticketbearbeitung. Hands-on Support: Du packst selbst mit an und übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung von komplexeren oder priorisierten Support-Tickets. CRM-Weiterentwicklung: Du verwaltest nicht nur unser CRM-Portal, sondern gestaltest es aktiv mit! Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt eigenständig neue Prozesse um.
