Deine Aufgaben Fokus: Technischer Support und Troubleshooting für LLM- und AI-Anwendungen in Kundenprojekten Du unterstützt Anwender im technischen Support von LLM- und AI-Anwendungen und bearbeitest Support-Anfragen auf L1- und L2-Niveau Du analysierst technische Probleme strukturiert, identifizierst mögliche Ursachen und löst diese eigenständig oder eskalierst komplexere Fälle gezielt an die zuständigen Experten Du kommunizierst verständlich und professionell mit Anwender:innen auf Deutsch und Englisch und sorgst für eine transparente Bearbeitung ihrer Anfragen Du arbeitest insbesondere mit Langdock und entwickelst dabei ein fundiertes Verständnis für die Plattform sowie die zugrunde liegenden LLM- und AI-Funktionalitäten Du dokumentierst wiederkehrende Fragestellungen und Lösungswege…
