Your area of work The Client Engagement & Customer Portal IT team designs and delivers solutions for the entire customer journey, starting from onboarding throughout client services. The team is the IT responsible for the Member Section, our customer portal used by over 40.000 clients and various business segments of Deutsche Börse Group. In this role you will contribute to the smooth operation of the portal and the related Backoffice processes by supporting the development team with planning and tracking activities, reporting/PMO/administrative tasks, supporting releases and ensuring adherence to KPIs.
