Working Student, Customer Success

Planet is looking for a working student based in our Berlin office to support our Customer Success team. You will work alongside our Customer Success Managers, focusing primarily on fulfilling contractual reporting requirements for our most significant customers and providing essential contractual governance support. As a Working Student, you will acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete these tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn and takes initiative in tasks. This is a part-time (20 hours/week), hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office approx. 2 days per week.
