Aufgaben Bereitstellung vom 1st und 2nd Level Client Support im Onsite Team Entgegennahme von Störungen und Bearbeitung von Anfragen Betreuung von Standard-Anwendungen, wie MS-Office und aktuellen Betriebssystemen (Windows und Mac) Installationen, Break & Fix, Austausch und Fehlerbehebung für Endgeräte Dokumentation und Ticketbearbeitung im Ticketsystem. Zusammenarbeit mit 1st und 3rd Level Client Support Teams. Einordnung der Prioritäten zur Einhaltung der SLAs. Qualifikation Idealerweise eine Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld bzw. vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der IT, z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Techniker (m/w/d) IT Support bzw. IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d) oder Onsite Techniker (m/w/d) bzw. Techniker Informatik (m/w/d) Onsite Support etc.…
