Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Implementierungsprojekten von SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere im Bereich Compensation & Variable Pay, indem du Anforderungen analysierst und Umsetzbarkeiten bewertest Auch die Präsentation von Best Practices, die Durchführung von Workshops und die eigenständige Konfiguration der Module gehören zu deinen Aufgaben Du planst und koordinierst die Projektaktivitäten und stimmst dich eng mit dem Projektmanagement sowie angrenzenden Bereichen (z.B.
