Deine Aufgaben Zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben als (Senior) SAP Support Mitarbeiter:in gehören: Du betreust und optimierst die SAP-Systeme unserer Kunden Dafür trägst Du die Verantwortung in einem der Bereiche: CS (Customer Service), FI/CO (Finance und Controlling), TM (Transportation Management), MM (Material Management), PM/QM (Plant Maintenance und Quality Management), PP (Production Planning, inkl. PP-PI) oder SD (Sales und Distribution) Du unterstützt unsere Kunden in der Wartung im 2nd-Level-Support Du behebst Störungen und Schnittstellenfehler in SAP ERP- und SAP S/4HANA-Systemen Du passt SAP Lösungen an die Anforderungen der Kunden an (Customizing) Du berätst unsere Kunden, wenn sie Fragen zur Anwendung und Konfiguration von bestimmten Anwendungen haben Du arbeitest mit Ticketsystemen…
