Werde Teil unseres Teams in Deutschland an einem der Standorte Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin, Leipzig, Dortmund, Essen, Bremen, Nürnberg, Freiburg, Düsseldorf, Köln, Mannheim, Stuttgart oder München. Du berätst in allen steuerlichen Fragen zu Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen sowie zu Umstrukturierungen von Private Equity Investoren, Konzernen oder Infrastrukturunternehmen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der steuerlichen Beratung von Due Diligence, Akquisitions- und Verkaufs-Strukturierung, Funds Flow, Finanz- und Steuermodellen und Kaufverträgen, sowie internen Projekten Gemeinsam mit deinem Team an erfahrenen Managern und Partnern unterstützt du bei allen steuerlichen Aufgabenstellungen von der Angebotserstellung bis hin zu der Abrechnung…
