Deine Aufgaben betreffen die folgenden Schwerpunkte: Ertragsteuerliche Betreuung und Beratung von international tätigen Konzernen und Unternehmensgruppen aus Deutschland (Outbound) und dem Ausland (Inbound) Mitarbeit bei steuerlichen Unternehmens-Strukturierungen und -Transaktionen sowie Erstellung von Steuererklärungen Beratung und Lösung von ertragsteuerlichen Fragestellungen im Bereich des internationalen Steuerrechts wie Pillar 2 / DAC 6 / DBA / Betriebsstätten / AStG / Internationale Umwandlungen, etc.…
