Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres People Advisory Services Global Equity-Teams berätst du internationale Kund:innen zu Managementbeteiligungen und Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogrammen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Beratung von Management- und Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogrammen Unterstützung bei der steuerlichen Strukturierung & Prüfung von Management-Equity-Plänen und Incentive-Plänen, überwiegend im Rahmen von Transaktionen Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Betreuung von laufenden Fragen zu Beteiligungsprogrammen im internationalen Umfeld, inkl. globaler Implementierung und Abwicklung in allen relevanten Ländern Due Diligence bestehender Beteiligungs- und Incentive Pläne sowie Beratung zur diesbezüglichen Prozessoptimierung im Rahmen von Transaktionen Beratung zu bilanziellen…
