Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres International Tax and Transaction Services Advisory-Teams in Berlin, Eschborn, Leipzig oder München berätst du Mandant:innen zu steuerlichen Fragestellungen in einem internationalen Umfeld. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Beratung ausländischer Private-Equity-Fonds und deren inländischer Investoren (Outbound) Erstellung steuerlicher Stellungnahmen, insbesondere im Investmentsteuerrecht Mitarbeit bei steuerlichen Unternehmensstrukturierungen und Transaktionen, zum Beispiel M&A oder Fondsstrukturen Erstellung von Steuererklärungen, insbesondere gesonderte und einheitliche Feststellungserklärungen Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen und Rechtsbehelfsverfahren Dein Skillset Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften bzw.…
