Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Unternehmen bei Unternehmenskäufen und -verkäufen durch die Erstellung von auf Personalthemen fokussierte Due Diligence Berichte Beratung von Unternehmen im Rahmen von Transaktionen und IPOs, z. B. zur Einführung von neuen Vergütungssystemen oder Harmonisierung bestehender Vergütungssysteme Untersuchung der Implikationen von Vergütungssystemen und HR-Strategien, z. B.…
