Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Strategic Reward-Teams innerhalb der People Advisory Services in Frankfurt/Main oder Hamburg berätst du nationale und internationale Unternehmen zu strategischen Führungs- und Vergütungsthemen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Erarbeitung von Führungs- und Vergütungsstrategien für Vorstände und Aufsichtsräte sowie Führungskräfte unserer internationalen Top-Mandant:innen Entwicklung von Gesamtvergütungssystemen und Anreizstrategien für Mitarbeitende Untersuchung der Implikationen von Vergütungssystemen und HR-Strategien, z. B. durch Analyse von Anreizstrukturen oder die Bewertung von aktienbasierten Vergütungsinstrumenten Beratung von Unternehmen im Rahmen von Transaktionen und IPOs, z. B.…
