Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Tax Teams in Freiburg mit über 100 Mitarbeitenden begleitest und optimierst du die Unternehmensstrukturen nationaler und internationaler Unternehmen aus steuerlichen Gesichtspunkten. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Steuerliche Beratung nationaler und internationaler Familienunternehmen und Konzerne Beantwortung von Fragen des Ertragsteuer- und Bilanzsteuerrechts, des Umwandlungssteuerrechts sowie des internationalen Steuerrechts Unterstützung unserer Mandant:innen im Tagesgeschäft, von der Erstellung der Steuererklärungen, der laufenden steuerlichen Beratung, der Steuergestaltung bis zum Abschluss der Betriebsprüfung sowie Verantwortung für die Leitung und Steuerung steuerlicher Projekte Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen sowie…
