You start from strategy, helping senior leaders set priorities, build the business plan behind them and shape how Allianz competes and operates in a changing market. You then move to design and delivery, improving processes and performance across functions and entities, shaping the operating models that sustain the change and running the governance that turns a strategy into delivered results.
