Role Overview The Techno-Functional SME Consultant for Finastra Loan IQ is responsible for the stable operation, functional integrity and continuous improvement of the bank’s commercial-lending platform. The role combines deep lending-domain knowledge with hands-on application-support capability to ensure that loan transactions are configured, processed, serviced, accounted for and supported accurately throughout their lifecycle. Operating at the intersection of Loan Operations, Credit, Finance, Risk and IT, the consultant owns functional analysis and coordinates technical resolution across Loan IQ, interfaces and downstream systems. The role supports production operations, incidents, problems, changes, releases, controls and sustainable remediation of recurring service issues.…
