We are seeking a visionary Generative- and Conversational AI Consultant to drive the next evolution of enterprise customer service. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our clients' business needs and our cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will paint the "target picture" for large-scale service transformations, rapidly build MVPs and mini-POCs, and seamlessly orchestrate our in-house Conversational AI Platform with leading industry engines. Crucially, you will act as a proactive technology scout —identifying development potentials for our platform, collaborate with our customers, screening the market for best-in-breed solutions (e.g., advanced VoiceAI, STT/TTS engines, Multimodal models), and integrating these innovations to continuously future-proof our ecosystem.…
