About the Insurance Steering Team The Insurance Steering Team supports senior Allianz leaders globally across Retail P&C and Commercial Insurance in linking strategy to execution. We combine deep insurance expertise with consulting excellence to steer large‑scale transformation initiatives covering financial performance, claims, underwriting, operations, and digital solutions. As part of this team, you will gain early exposure to senior stakeholders, complex insurance topics, and end‑to‑end transformation work — well beyond a “classic analyst role”.
