Ihre Aufgaben Die Kundenberatung von Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting begleitet unsere Kunden kompetent bei allen Fragen rund um unser Softwareportfolio. Gemeinsam mit ihnen entwickeln wir passgenaue prozessuale und technische Lösung, vertiefen ihr Produktwissen und unterstützen sie mit unserem Branchen- und Software-Know How auf dem Weg zu einer ihrer stetigen Weiterentwicklung. Mit Ihrer Expertise übernehmen Sie die Prozessberatung rund um das Thema Dokumentenmanagement für unserer Kunden aus den steuerberatenden Berufen sowie der mittelständischen Wirtschaft. Sie analysieren bestehende Unternehmensprozesse, konzipieren Optimierungspotenziale und führen eigenständig Workshops zur Abbildung und Weiterentwicklung dieser Prozesse durch.…
