• Complete client engagements under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments • Analyse customer needs and develop creative concepts to best serve them • Provide support to existing clients while ensuring efficient key account management and help and coach more junior project team members • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned tasks until completion • Discuss with your Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects • Manage communications and project timelines • Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager…
