Ihre Aufgaben Sie verwalten den täglichen Bargeldbestand im Rahmen der Poolkasse und wickeln eigenverantwortlich das komplette Kassengeschäft ab (Ein-/Auszahlung, Fremdwährungen, Edelmetalle, Geldbestellungen und Abgaben). Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Kundinnen und Kunden und deren vielfältige Wünsche. Sie unterstützen Kunden bei Transaktionen, Service und administrativen Tätigkeiten und leiten routiniert auf SB-Terminals und andere Kanäle über. Sie leben den Servicegedanken mit besonderer Überzeugung. Sie sprechen aktiv jede Kundin und jeden Kunden auf digitale Services (z.B. Online-/ Mobile-Banking) an.
