Als Recruiting Consultant bei PowerUs baust du einen neuen Geschäftsbereich von Grund auf mit auf – nicht als kleines Side-Projekt, sondern mit echtem Ownership. Du verantwortest den gesamten 360° Recruiting-Prozess: Du gewinnst neue Kunden, verstehst ihren Bedarf, entwickelst daraus Mandate und findest die passenden Kandidaten. Dabei wartest du nicht auf eingehende Bewerbungen, sondern gehst aktiv raus: Du sprichst Kunden und passive Kandidaten direkt an, bringst beide Seiten zusammen und steuerst den Prozess bis zum erfolgreichen Placement. 💼 Deine Aufgaben Kunden Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden – telefonisch, per WhatsApp, über LinkedIn, Direktkontakte und weitere relevante Kanäle.…
