DEINE ROLLE Als Executive Assistant unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsführung bzw. Den CEO direkt im operativen Alltag. Du steuerst seinen Kalender, bereitest Meetings vor und nach und bist eine zentrale Drehscheibe für die interne Kommunikation und Koordination. Diese Position bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, tiefgehende Einblicke in das Management eines der innovativsten Scale-Ups im Bereich Financial Services zu gewinnen und den Arbeitsalltag unseres CEOs unmittelbar mitzugestalten.
