We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Senior Executive Assistant to support the Executive Platform Owner (EPO) and other Senior Leaders within the Global Collateral platform. This role is located in Frankfurt (Germany) or London (UK). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide administrative and executive support in a fast-paced environment Proactively manage a complex calendar with intention and strategic priorities in mind Work with stakeholders to prepare effective pre-reads and materials Work closely and effectively with the Executives’ team Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries Support day-to-day needs that keep the executive operating at their best Manage both planned and…
