Wir suchen eine:n engagierte:n Executive Assistant (m/w/d) für unseren Vorstand (CEO, COO, CAO und CFO) in Berlin. Im Rahmen einer auf ein Jahr befristeten Position arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Executive-Assistant-Team zusammen und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere C-Suite effizient und reibungslos arbeiten kann. Da die Rolle eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand erfordert, liegt die Kernarbeitszeit überwiegend zwischen 9:00 und 18:00 Uhr. Selbstverständlich sind in Abstimmung mit dem Team Ausnahmen möglich.
