Zur Unterstützung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Praktikanten im Bereich HR Controlling (m/w/d) für ein sechsmonatiges Vollzeitpraktikum an unserem Manufaktur-Standort in Glashütte. In dieser Rolle erhältst du spannende Einblicke in das operative Personalcontrolling und unterstützt insbesondere beim Reporting von HR-relevanten Daten. Deine Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege regulärer HR-Reports bezüglich Headcounts, FTE, Abwesenheiten, Personalkosten usw. Unterstützung bei Adhoc Anfragen Qualitätssicherung der HR-Datenbasis in unseren Systemen (SAP, Workday, Interflex) Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im HR-Controlling Dein Profil: Laufendes Studium der Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre gerne…
