Description Sinch is looking for a highly driven Senior Account Manager to join our Contact Pro Standalone Business Unit. Sinch Contact Pro is an advanced, omnichannel cloud contact center (CCaaS) solution natively integrated with major CRM platforms, including a deeply rooted, premium integration with SAP Service Cloud. We are looking for a strong commercial closer who can drive revenue both directly and through our partner ecosystem. Based in Germany—the heart of our SAP ecosystem and a critical market for our enterprise customers—you will act as the primary commercial owner for CCaaS opportunities in the DACH region and beyond.
