Deine Aufgaben In unseren Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Köln, München oder Stuttgart begleitest du Rechnungslegungsfragen rund um Unternehmenskäufe, Unternehmensverkäufe und Börsengänge. Dabei arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich in internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams, bringst Bilanzierungs- und Projektmanagementexpertise zusammen und stehst im direkten Austausch mit Mandant:innen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem: Du begleitest IPOs, M&A-Transaktionen und Carve-outs bei marktführenden Unternehmen und berätst zu Accounting und anderen Themenbereichen im Transaktionskontext. Du analysierst komplexe Bilanzierungsfragen im Rahmen von M&A-Transaktionen und Accounting Due Diligences.…
