The “Global Business Process Expert for Site Service accounting” (gBPE S2S) plays a critical part in managing and optimizing the end-to-end process in accounting for Site2Service charging (cross-charging of services related to Merck sites in Germany, e.g. fire department, plant maintenance services, rental fees), commonly known as "Site Service Charging". Site Service Charging contains the fully automated end-to-end process from charging request input by service provider, validation of incoming data, creation of Sales Order, Billing and posting of incoming invoice at receiver in Merck Group. Site Service charging covers mainly Merck Intercompany charges, but as well Intracompany charges and 3rd party customer invoices.…
