Deine Aufgaben: Betreuung der Gäste beim Check In und Check Out sowie bei Fragen und Anliegen und Initiierung/Umsetzung von entsprechenden Handlungen Erreichung von effizienter Gästezufriedenheit unter Vorgabe und Einhaltung der Meliá Hotels International Standards und durch Gewährleistung eines höflichen und zuvorkommenden Verhaltens gegenüber Gästen und Kollegen/innen professionelle Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Gastbeschwerden Überwachung der korrekten Führung der Hotelkasse, Rechnungsstellung und Abrechnung, Erstellen von Upselling-Abrechnungen generelle…
