Als Mitglied des Customer Support Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Unterstützung der Nutzer unserer Software. Du übernimmst die Beantwortung von Fragen und Feedback, begleitest sie bei der effektiven Nutzung unseres Tools und hilfst ihnen bei der Lösung von Bugs und Problemen. Deine Aufgaben: ● Unterstützung von Steuerberatern und deren Mandanten beim Onboarding und der Nutzung des Tools über Chat und Telefon. ● Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Nachverfolgung von Anfragen bis zur vollständigen Lösung der Tickets und Gewährleistung der Nutzerzufriedenheit. ● Proaktives Zugehen auf die Nutzer, um Zufriedenheit und Bedarfe zu identifizieren, sowie nachträgliches Kontaktieren von Nutzern, die Pennylane verlassen. ● Identifizierung von Bugs im Tool.…
