Deine Verantwortung liegt in der Bearbeitung und Buchung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen gemäß den bestehenden Prozessrichtlinien Die Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen in einer automatisierten P2P-Workflowlösung sowie die Erstellung von Kreditorenzahlläufen und die Buchung von Anlagevermögen, Mieten, Kassen und Reisekosten gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich Deine Analysefähigkeiten machen dich zum Experten bei der Beurteilung von Belegen hinsichtlich ihrer USt.-Relevanz, in enger Abstimmung mit Finance Du unterstützt aktiv im Kreditorenanlageprozess und validierst wichtige Stammdaten Der gesamte P2P-Workflow liegt in deiner Hand, besonders bei der Auswahl von Sachkonten und der Kostenallokation im Bestellprozess Deine Kommunikation ist gefragt, wenn es darum geht, offene Kreditorenposten zu…
