Gleichzeitig meldet sich ein Gast mit einer Frage zur Rechnung. Kein Ausnahmezustand. Einfach eine ganz normale Nacht an der Rezeption. Während andere schlafen, sorgst du dafür, dass alles weiterläuft. Du begrüßt Gäste, findest Lösungen, beantwortest Fragen, bereitest den nächsten Tag vor und stellst sicher, dass die Zahlen am Ende des Tages stimmen. Mal ist es ruhig und du kannst konzentriert arbeiten. Mal braucht es Organisationstalent, Priorisierung und einen kühlen Kopf.…
