Was sind Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der laufenden Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung im Unternehmen. Bearbeitung interner Kreditkartenabrechnungen (u.a. via Pleo); Sicherstellung der vollständigen Belege sowie Weiterberechnung kundenbezogener Auslagen. Unterstützung bei Kontenabstimmungen, vorbereitenden Abschlussarbeiten, insbesondere bei Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten (ARAP/PRAP) sowie Unterstützung bei Jahresabschusserstellung und Betriebsprüfungen. Beim Monatsabschluss und im Meldewesen unterstützt Du, zum Beispiel bei regelmäßigen Meldungen (Z4, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und Dauerfristverlängerung, Lohnsteueranmeldung, Sozialversicherungsmeldung), der Zusammenfassenden Meldung (ZM).
