Description Als Account Manager bist du für die kommerzielle Entwicklung unserer Bestandskund verantwortlich. Du verstehst, wie sie unsere Produkte einsetzen, erkennst Potenziale und sorgst dafür, dass bestehende Kundenbeziehungen langfristig erfolgreich bleiben und weiter wachsen. Dein Fokus liegt auf Renewals sowie Upsell- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Customer Success zusammen und betreust sowohl Mid-Market-Kund als auch ausgewählte Enterprise Accounts mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Anforderungen. Du bekommst bei uns die Möglichkeit, eigenständig Verantwortung für deine Accounts zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig deine Fähigkeiten im strategischen Account Management weiter auszubauen.…
