Dein Beitrag zur Lösung Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Betreuung, Entwicklung und Ausschöpfung unseres Bestandskundenportfolios und sorgst dafür, dass aus zufriedenen Kunden langfristige Partnerschaften werden. Dabei verantwortest du unter anderem: Die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung eines definierten Key-Account-Portfolios. Den Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheider-Ebene sowie die Rolle als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Die Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen sowie die aktive Vermarktung zusätzlicher Module, Lizenzen und Serviceleistungen. Die Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Account-Pläne inkl. Umsatz-, Potenzial- und Risikoeinschätzung je Kunde.…
