This is a new and exciting opportunity to join Avaloq as our Head of Key Account Management in the Düsseldorf office. You will shape and manage the Key Management team across Region Europe to drive the overall existing business performance across the region. You’ll stimulate regional growth by steering the sales strategy, achieving financial targets and expanding our client base. In tandem with your technical and strategic tasks, you will ensure exceptional delivery, performance and client satisfaction. Manage commercial matters including contract governance, pricing discussions, upselling, renewals, and revenue forecasting as part of driving retention and revenue growth Enforce accurate forecasting, weekly updates of CRM sales data, and adherence to 'Road to Home' KPI expectations…
