Deine Rolle Du verantwortest das Wachstum in deiner Region und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort Du gehst aktiv auf Saloninhaber:innen in deiner Region zu – telefonisch, per Walk-in oder über Social Media (Kaltakquise). Vor Ort ermittelst du den Bedarf des Salons mithilfe von Fragen und zeigst anhand von Produktdemos, wie Salonkee den Alltag vereinfachen kann. Du verantwortest deinen eigenen Funnel vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss. Deine Woche planst du eigenverantwortlich, mit klaren Zielen und einer Führungskraft, die dich unterstützt und weiterentwickelt. Du gibst dein Wissen weiter – im Roleplay, im Shadowing und im Austausch mit Kolleg:innen, die neu dabei sind.…
