Your Mission: We’re looking for a Financial Controller (all genders) who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to help mature and scale our financial controlling setup. You will play a central role in the implementation of our new ERP system across all finance processes - defining standards, ensuring data quality, and driving adoption across the organization. In addition, you will continuously improve our budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes and provide the business with clear, actionable insights. Your Day-to-Day: Establish scalable controlling processes (templates, governance, definitions, calendar, responsibilities) suitable for a fast-growing organization.
