Ihre Aufgaben Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung von vielseitigen Verwaltungsobjekten der Eigen- und Fremdverwaltung Kontierung und Buchung von Rechnungen und Miet-/Kautionseingängen sowie Überwachung und Klärung offener Posten und Differenzen Selbstständige Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen Erfassung und Prüfung mietvertraglicher Regelungen sowie Analyse der Umlagefähigkeit einzelner Posten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Property Management Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen Übernahme der Kommunikation mit Mietern, Eigentümern, Ämtern, Behörden sowie Dienstleistern und Banken Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Verwaltung der Mietkautionskonten Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen und Terminen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung…
