Key Account & Professional Services Manager – Procurement Software (m/w/d) Über INPLAN INPLAN entwickelt seit 30 Jahren Standard-Software für Häfen, Terminalbetreiber und Logistik – einschließlich Procurement-Lösungen (Source-to-Pay, RFQ/RFP). Wir digitalisieren kritische Prozesse an über 50 Standorten. Über die Rolle Sie betreuen ein definiertes Bestandskunden-Portfolio für unsere Procurement-Lösungen. Fokus: stabile Beziehungen, klare Aufnahme und Spezifikation von Änderungswünschen (Change Requests), eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der Umsetzung mit Delivery sowie kundennahe Demos und Workshops.
