Stellantis Caen recherche un Soudeur Retoucheur pour assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des assemblages sur nos lignes de production. Vos principales responsabilités: - Réaliser le contrôle tactile et visuel de la pièce suivant les standards de travail afin de détecter les défauts - Analyser le défaut et décider de la faisabilité de la retouche - Réaliser des opérations de retouches simples et complexes en ligne ou en poste pour les valider - Décider du caffutage d'une pièce - Proposer et réaliser des améliorations du poste de travail, d'outils, de gammes, de standard de travail ou de gammes.
