Votre mission principale: Artisan du café, il s’agit de maîtriser cette matière ainsi que la confection de boissons chaudes et froides. Proposer un accueil et un service de qualité à nos clients. - Préparation et ouverture du point de vente - Mise en place éventuelle de la terrasse - Accueil, information et assistance à la clientèle (vente suggestive) - Nettoyage du point de vente et entretien permanent des zones de production et de consommation - Rangement de la réserve - Réception et stockage des commandes - Préparation des boissons selon les standards Columbus - Préparation, cuisson et vente de pâtisseries, sandwiches et de salades - Vérifier les DLC quotidiennement et informer le manager en cas d’anomalie - Vente de produits dérivés liés à l’activité (cafés, tasses à café, thés, etc.)…
