Sous la responsabilité du Directeur, nous vous confions les missions suivantes: Mise en place du buffet et de la salle de petit déjeuner Accueil des clients Débarrassage et dressage des tables Check out des clients (encaissement/départ) Suivi des stocks et commandes Anticipation des préparations pour le lendemain Vous êtes: Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en lien avec l’hôtellerie-restauration (CAP, Bac Pro) et d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire. Vous avez un excellent sens de l'accueil, vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et dynamique.
