Vos principales missions: Accueillir, installer et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur repas. Présenter la carte, conseiller les clients et prendre les commandes. Assurer le service des plats et des boissons en salle, en terrasse ou au bar selon les besoins. Réaliser les encaissements et éditer les additions. Préparer les boissons simples et assurer le service au bar, le cas échéant. Mettre en place la salle avant chaque service (dressage des tables, préparation des consoles, approvisionnement). Débarrasser, nettoyer et redresser les tables entre chaque service. Veiller au réapprovisionnement des consommables et du matériel nécessaires au service.…
