Directement rattaché(e) à notre Responsable de Laboratoire, vous interviendrez principalement sur la réalisation d’analyses de biologie moléculaire et phénotypiques, vos principales missions seront les suivantes: - Extraction des acides nucléiques, purification, - Amplification par PCR, et qPCR (PCR Temps réel et Quantitative), - Purification, électrophorèse, séquençage, - Identification par séquençage comparatif, - Identification par spectrométrie de masse (MALDI-TOF). Issu(e) de formation Bac+2/3 minimum, biologie moléculaire, vous justifiez d’une première expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans un contexte contrôle qualité, en laboratoire pharmaceutique. La connaissance de l’environnement BPF est appréciée. L’anglais (lu, écrit) est souhaitable.…
