Votre mission Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Quality & Safety, vous êtes responsable de l’amélioration continue de la qualité logicielle des systèmes robotiques d’Exotec, tout au long de leur cycle de vie, du développement au déploiement et au support en exploitation. Votre rôle est d’ identifier les causes racines des problèmes, détecter les faiblesses des pratiques d’ingénierie et de l’organisation, puis piloter la mise en œuvre de solutions concrètes et durables. À l’interface entre Qualité et Software Engineering, vous accompagnez les équipes dans la maîtrise des risques, la fiabilisation des logiciels et l’amélioration de leurs pratiques, en conciliant exigences de qualité, contraintes techniques et efficacité opérationnelle.…
