Manage and lead negotiations of land lease or purchase agreements, securing land rights in collaboration with legal and commercial teams. Represent the company with public authorities, TSOs, landowners, and local communities to promote project acceptance and visibility. Coordinate permitting processes and contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation to ensure compliance. Ensure on a timely basis of the administrative authorization process Assist in due diligence processes for project acquisitions (M&A), preparing documentation and providing analytical support. Support budget monitoring, risk management, and business planning activities across the development cycle up to authorization of the project. Monitor project profitability along the process.…
