Vous intégrerez le département People Development & Wellbeing au sein de Group Operations & Transformation. Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Learning & Development, vous aurez pour missions principales de: Consolider les besoins de formation stratégiques de GO pour le centre d’expertise Learning & Development dont vous dépendez, Participer à l’établissement du plan de formation et à la réalisation du bilan annuel Mettre à jour les reportings liés à l’activité formation Suivre le déroulement des programmes de formation déployés en interne Participer à la création de supports de communication à destination des salariés afin de promouvoir les dispositifs de formation Apporter un soutien administratif auprès de l’équipe Formation et des activités et projets formation existants et à venir ……
